Senior Barber

The Skull Club is an established multi-award-winning contemporary barbershop based in Hertford, and we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Barber to join our growing team.

Over the years, we have built a strong reputation within the local area for quality barbering, customer experience and modern shop culture. With a large existing customer base, loyal repeat clientele and continued business growth, this opportunity offers genuine long-term potential for the right individual.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about barbering, confident behind the chair and committed to delivering a high standard of service and professionalism.

This role is offered on a self-employed chair rent basis, with competitive terms discussed upon application.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years barbering experience preferred

• Strong technical ability across modern and classic barbering

• Confident in skin fades, scissor work, beard trims and styling

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, motivated and team-focused

• Existing clientele beneficial but not essential

• Passion for barbering and personal growth
